The candidate brings senior leadership support experience, strong analytical skills, and an operator mindset to enhance visibility, governance, and execution across operations, production, and retail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong operator mindset—understand how businesses run and can engage in operational topics.
• Data-driven and analytical with ability to turn complexity into clear insights.
• Strategic thinker comfortable executing across initiatives.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build alignment across teams.
• Systems-oriented with process design and improvement capabilities.
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• CEO partnership and strategic execution: act as primary strategic and operational partner and translate vision into priorities and plans.
• Owns OKRs and cross-functional alignment; ensures progress and accountability.
• Develops data reporting, analysis, and governance materials for decision-making and boards.
• Supports operations, production, and manufacturing initiatives and tracks KPIs and risks.
• Leads high-priority, cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
