Job summary

Enterpret in New York seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a trusted extension, turning founder intent into scoped workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and follow-through.

You will manage the CEO's focus, prep for board meetings and investor conversations, lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Engineering, and drive AI-enabled workflows across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a startup operating/strategy role with ambiguity.
• Experience in early-stage startups; ex-founder a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• AI-native approach to work and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and founders to translate intent into scoped workstreams.
• Protect CEO focus and prepare for board meetings and investor discussions.
• Own finance-adjacent operating work including budget tracking and analyses.
• Lead operating rhythm across leadership meetings and planning cycles.
• Take projects across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Eng to completion.
• Develop strategy memos and investor materials grounded in data.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and help team adopt AI-driven practices.
• Take first sales calls to learn ICP and growth levers.
• Step in as temporary owner on high-priority cross-functional problems.
