Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking/PE
• Bachelor's degree from a highly selective institution; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Proven track record delivering complex, ambiguous projects with measurable outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• High emotional intelligence; adept at navigating senior stakeholder dynamics

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps between strategy and execution; develop structured recommendations and track follow-through
• Lead or co-lead strategic projects on behalf of the CEO under tight deadlines
• Serve as a sounding board and sparring partner on strategic decisions and opportunities
• Create crisp, decision-ready memos, presentations, and frameworks for the CEO
• Manage the CEO's operating rhythm including priorities, reviews, and OKR/KPI cadences
• Own cross-functional project management for initiatives spanning departments
• Design and improve internal processes to scale with growth
• Prepare and facilitate leadership team meetings; drive accountability on follow-up
• Partner with the CEO to prepare board materials and updates
• Coordinate board communications and meeting logistics
• Draft CEO communications including Town Hall messages and announcements
• Build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
