Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a sharp, highly organized Strategic Advisor to the CEO to drive efficiency, alignment, and execution across the company. You will partner with the CEO, translating big ideas into clear plans, and removal of friction across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

You’ll act as a force-multiplier, ensuring priorities stay on track, surfacing risks, and guiding cross-functional teams toward strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
• Experience supporting a C-level executive or operating in a Chief of Staff or Strategic Operations role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with data fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• High degree of discretion and trustworthiness handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives, translating vision into clear priorities, action plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional projects across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other functions to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Surface key insights, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep the CEO informed.
• Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings with data, context, and clear recommendations.
• Evaluate performance, product roadmaps, and operational metrics to guide priorities.
• Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems and special projects requiring structure and execution.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate internal and external CEO communications, including with Board and investors.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic materials with cross-functional leaders.
