Job summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Design Manager to provide engineering and architectural leadership across data center projects. This role leads multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring design quality from site origination through facility operations. Travel up to 25% and hybrid in Denver or remote for the right candidate, with compensation of $150K–$185K plus bonus.

Qualifications
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
- PE required or AIA required
- 9+ years of experience leading large-scale commercial/industrial development projects
- 3-5+ years overseeing construction activities in the field with strong knowledge of safety and quality control
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and manage architectural and engineering consultants across data center design and site design disciplines
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to drive cohesive data center building design
- Provide on-site field support during construction to ensure design adherence to specifications
- Assist with preparing construction documents and reviewing submittals to ensure quality and compliance
