Job summary

ReKlame Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the CEO. The role reduces operational friction, drives strategic initiatives, and expands executive bandwidth to tackle high-leverage problems.

You will shape complex issues into clear decisions and own them to completion. Expect to lead the operating cadence, manage OKRs/KPIs, track commitments, and provide decision-ready analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity; or operations experience in high-growth health care startups.
• Experience as a chief of staff or in a coordinating executive role is valued.
• Health care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the company's cadence including leadership meetings, planning, and quarterly reviews.
• Build and maintain OKR and KPI infrastructure with key patient, clinician, and growth metrics.
• Track commitments across leadership, escalate blockers, and ensure follow-through.
• Provide decision-support through analysis, memos, and scenario options.
• Prepare executive updates and internal communications with accurate numbers.
• Lead special projects to remove growth bottlenecks end-to-end.
