Responsibilities

Serve as trusted strategic partner to the CEO and translate strategy into clear objectives, owners, milestones and decisions.
Strengthen executive rhythm by structuring leadership meetings, planning sessions, and business reviews.
Enhance CEO decision-making by clarifying issues, developing alternatives and preparing concise recommendations.
Lead preparation for Board and investor materials with cross-functional collaboration.
Establish tracking mechanisms for commitments, risks, dependencies, and progress on top priorities.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that span organizational boundaries and require executive coordination.
Escalate critical issues with sound judgment and appropriate delegation or direct attention by leaders.
Increase CEO leverage by handling coordination and analysis that don’t require CEO authority while preserving access to leadership.
