tarte cosmetics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator based in the Miami area to support the Founder & CEO. The role oversees content planning, filming, editing, publishing and community engagement across social channels.

Based in Miami, you will travel to Key Largo 1–2 times per week to capture footage and work directly with the Founder & CEO, ensuring content aligns with tarte’s voice and brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation or related roles.
• Based in the greater Miami area and able to work onsite in our Miami office.
• Ability to travel to Key Largo one to two times per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end creation and publishing of social content, including brainstorming, filming, editing, caption writing, scheduling and posting.
• Create engaging content reflecting the CEO’s voice and personal brand.
• Travel to Key Largo one to two times per week to capture content and support the Founder & CEO.
• Work from the Miami office to plan content, edit footage, coordinate approvals and collaborate with teams.
• Maintain the CEO’s content calendar and publishing timelines.
• Develop platform-specific ideas to grow audience and brand storytelling.
• Monitor trends and opportunities for timely content opportunities.
• Manage the CEO’s social profiles and social commerce accounts (Amazon Storefront, LTK, ShopMy).
• Write on-brand captions, scripts and short-form content.
• Lead community management by engaging followers and escalating important messages.
• Coordinate with internal teams for launches and events.
• Organize content files and workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor performance and insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Provide onsite support during meetings, events, launches and travel.
• Balance multiple projects with accuracy and discretion.
• Support personal and administrative needs as required.
