Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the Founder & CEO from its Miami, FL office. The role requires hands-on content creation, filming, editing and calendar management, with regular travel to Key Largo to capture content.

You will own the CEO’s social presence, coordinate with internal teams, manage social content calendars and optimize engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management or content creation.
• Experience in executive social support or working with a founder/CEO is a plus.
• Strong short-form video filming and editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
• Proficiency across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end creation and publishing of social content for the CEO’s channels.
• Travel to Key Largo 1–2 times per week to capture content.
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s content calendar and social commerce accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand voice and launches.
• Monitor trends and platform insights to optimize reach and engagement.
