Job summary

Retail Reinvented seeks an Executive Assistant & Business Operations Generalist to keep the CEO and the business running across marketing, finance, people and the office. You will manage calendars, coordinate projects, handle communications, and oversee office logistics for the AI commerce platform, ConfigIQ.

You’ll support the CEO with timely briefings, prepare agendas, and help scale processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an executive assistant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, a CRM, and social media scheduling tools.
• Clear, professional writing to communicate on the CEO's behalf.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities.
• A builder's mindset: identify gaps and implement processes.

Responsibilities

• Executive support: manage calendar, travel, inbox triage, agendas and follow-up.
• Marketing & social media: coordinate campaigns, website updates, assets, and branding.
• Office management: supplies, vendors, IT, onboarding, HR records and processes.
