Mechanism Ventures is seeking a golf-obsessed operator to own Level end-to-end, including P&L, product, growth, and the team. You’ll sit on the board and earn meaningful equity as milestones are hit.

You’ll set direction for what Level makes, who it reaches, and where it invests; you’ll inherit a proven product, an engaged audience, and a PGA coach. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution, moving between planning and doing.

Qualifications

• Golf obsession and understanding of golf culture; ability to build offers that resonate with golfers and collaborate with coaches and golf communities.
• Hands-on growth expertise: conducted paid media (especially Meta), created volume content, scaled acquisition channels, and executed the strategy.

Responsabilités

• Expand Growth Engine: Own strategy and hands-on execution across paid media, creative, email, and partnerships; build owned audience and convert to customers; ship weekly creative and optimize landing pages.
• Drive Profitable Growth: Own Level’s financial performance; plan cash and inventory around seasonal demand; improve margins; build a case for additional capital and track returns.
• Expand the Product Line and Build the Team: Identify and launch complementary golf products; validate demand, margins, and inventory; hire contractors and team members to improve execution and growth.
