Premier Golf, part of Your Golf Travel Inc, is seeking an executive to lead and grow the business from Alpharetta, GA. The role combines P&L accountability with strategic planning, stakeholder management, and a focus on scalable growth across online and offline channels.

The successful candidate will manage senior teams, set KPIs, and drive profitability while maintaining a strong company culture and industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and incentivise the wider team to meet targets.
• Strong change advocate with experience of supporting or leading business transition.
• Proven experience in leading a team with metrics across online and offline channels (acquisition, remarketing, ecommerce, CRM).
• Extensive travel experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• P&L responsibility for Premier Golf.
• Develop and grow the business in line with strategic objectives, budgets and 3-year plan.
• Line management responsibilities of the Senior Management Teams.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage internal operations to achieve budgeted results and grow enterprise value.
• Lead strategic planning and KPI reporting with measurable outcomes and business plans.
• Set company KPIs to gauge performance and drive improvements.
• Drive growth opportunities in market segments and digital platform growth.
• Develop policies and succession planning for management across functions.
• Direct development of personnel policies including compensation and benefits.
• Drive margin growth through client acquisition and retention.
• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategy and KPIs.
• Provide leadership and direction to management for high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and report to the YGT Inc Board monthly.
