Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a global firm that solves succession challenges faced by SMEs. Through our OLBO program, you will partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small or mid-sized company as CEO, with up to 24 months of professional search and full support.

Candidates receive base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company, access to an experienced Investment Management team, and a path to entrepreneurial leadership in the US; note we do not invest in startups.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing US-based businesses.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
• Experience in Business Services or Software/Tech-Enabled sectors.
• M&A experience and consulting background are a plus.
• Experience in global business development and international expansion.

Responsabilités

• Establish a search process to generate sufficient deal flow and acquire a business.
• Lead the acquisition process with our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans.
• Grow the business top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review product/portfolio strategies and branding, implementing improvements.
• Manage geographic expansions and market-entry strategies.
• Ensure efficiency and profitable growth.
