Job summary

Sonar is seeking an Analyst for the CEO Office to work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO, tackling a mix of strategic, analytic, and operational tasks. You’ll navigate ambiguity, synthesize data into clear insights, and drive internal projects from kickoff to completion.

You will own streams around knowledge base maintenance, internal events, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating across teams to keep initiatives aligned with company priorities and messaging.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or in a business role at a fast-paced scale-up; communications experience is a plus
• Hands-on with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean; proven ability to speed up work using AI

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated resource to the CEO and CoS; support high-priority ad hoc projects
• Run ad hoc analyses to understand business drivers and present clear summaries with recommendations
• Coordinate executive activities, including briefing materials and follow-ups for external meetings
• Act as a central point of contact, connecting internal stakeholders for timely execution
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for executive meetings and operating rhythms
