Scalar is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated professional to join the Office of the CEO in Draper, Utah. This role works directly with Scalar's CEO on strategic initiatives, business development, talent acquisition, AI initiatives, and client relationships across the firm.

The Associate will help identify opportunities, solve problems, and move key initiatives from concept through execution, operating with independence and strong judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• AI-native with proficiency across multiple leading LLMs and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited oversight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and events.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives with the CEO on high-priority projects.
• Lead and support initiatives across growth, operations, technology, and strategy.
• Support talent acquisition across markets, including sourcing and evaluation.
• Oversee recruiting analytics, candidate scoring, and evaluation processes.
• Attend meetings with clients, investors, and strategic partners with the CEO.
• Assist with business development, market research, and relationship management.
• Evaluate partnerships, new markets, offerings, and potential acquisitions.
• Conduct research on companies, industries, and competitors to inform decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, recruiting, and workflows.
• Identify and deploy AI opportunities across Scalar to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with valuation, sales, tech, operations, and leadership.
• Develop presentations, analyses, and reports for leadership.
• Own projects from concept through completion with limited oversight.
