Job summary

The Center for Jewish Philanthropy of Greater Phoenix seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead strategic direction, grow fundraising, and strengthen community relations across Greater Phoenix and beyond. The CEO will report to the Board, supervise a high-performing team, and serve as the organization's principal ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the long-range strategic direction in partnership with the Board.
• Lead fundraising strategy to grow annual campaigns and long-term giving.
• Oversee endowment growth, planned giving, and donor-advised funds.
• Strengthen community relations, branding, and donor engagement.
• Guide governance, leadership development, and board partner relationships.
• Ensure fiscal health, budgeting, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Identify community needs and allocate resources to high-impact programs.
