Responsibilities

• Organizational Leadership and Strategic Vision: Establish and implement CJP's strategic vision and annual priorities with the Board.
• Lead a high-performing senior leadership team and cultivate a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
• Coordinate fundraising, programming, grantmaking, communications, operations, HR, data, and technology.
• Promote data-informed decision-making and organizational compliance.
• Deepen ties to Israel through partnerships and advocacy.
