Maintain Work EnvironmentMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.2. Drawing and Material ReadingRead and understand engineering drawings, instructions, and bills of material.3. Part Identification and InstallationIdentify parts and pull top-out parts from the Bill of Materials.Install sheet metal parts, fans, door locks, etc., ensuring proper fit and preventing waste of materials.4. Quality AssuranceCheck work and ensure all tasks meet quality standards.5. Team CollaborationContribute to team efforts by working collaboratively and accomplishing related functions as needed.6. Additional TasksComplete any tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Comply with government regulations, laws, company policies, and company procedures.7. Attendance and PunctualityAttend work as required and arrive on time.Work overtime as necessary.8. Accurate Time TrackingAccurately log time in the time and attendance system on the computer to ensure proper labor distribution and payroll.9. Self-Motivation and IndependenceFollow manufacturing instructions, work independently without constant supervision, and complete job assignments on time.10. Tool and Equipment MaintenanceCare for tools and equipment and inform maintenance of any malfunctioning equipment.11. The employee is constantly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noiselevel in the work environment is high in some areas, and employees are exposed to extremetemperatures in both winter and summer. There may be stress caused by the pressure of meetingdeadlines and product quality standards.
