Job summary

RAE Corporation is seeking an Assembly Topper to join our HVAC/refrigeration equipment team. You will read engineering drawings, identify and install sheet metal parts, fans, and coils, and work to tight quality standards in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will collaborate with a skilled team, follow safety procedures, and maintain equipment and tools while meeting production deadlines. On-site role with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Read and understand engineering drawings and bills of materials.
• Basic math and measurement skills, including reading a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Maintain quality by following procedures and inspecting work.
• Collaborate with team to assemble HVAC/refrigeration components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans, sheet metal parts, and heat exchange coils.
• Install parts per engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Log time and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
