Feuji in Century City, CA is seeking a ServiceDesk Analyst Onboarding Tech responsible for maintaining the desktop operating environment and serving as the first step in the support escalation ladder. The role supports end-users and assists the infrastructure team under the supervision of the ServiceDesk Lead.

The position requires full-time onsite presence with occasional travel for mergers, onboarding, and Day One orientation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years IT helpdesk experience with proven track record.
• Must be organized, efficient and customer-service oriented in a demanding environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide tier one support to all users, local and remote.
• Manage tickets and follow-up in the Systems Support queue.
• Assist with AD user setup and decommissioning.
• Maintain hardware inventory and assist with onboarding for new hires.
• Travel on site for mergers/integrations for Day One onboarding.
• Create technology documentation and training materials.
• Support conference room setup and guest Wi-Fi access.
