Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and basic instrumentation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, tests, and validates centrifugal compressor components in a lab.
• Operate lab equipment like laser welders, torque wrenches, and pressure gauges.
• Document build data to ensure compliance with standards and takt times.
• Assist with lab upkeep, 5S audits and safety checks.
