Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Coordination and manual dexterity to work with fine movements.
• Experience using inspection gauges (e.g. Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Depth gauges, bore gauges, height gauges, pin gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control measures and procedures.
• Proactive problem solver, willing to learn and take on challenges.
• Must have basic PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and push/pull parts regularly.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and/or disassemble mechanical and electrical components per drawings and specifications.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Use measuring devices and assembly equipment to meet required tolerances.
• Operate assembly tools, torque wrenches, and automated equipment efficiently.
• Move products with lifts, hoists, and wheeled equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Read component details and drawings to determine dimensions and sequence.
• Operate assembly robots and perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with OSHA standards and company processes.
