Copeland is hiring a Final Assembler for 1st shift in Rushville, IN. You will work with manufacturing, product, and research engineers to assemble and qualify compressors for commercial air conditioning systems.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating assembly equipment, using precision tools, inspecting products, and adhering to OSHA standards.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with precision measurement tools preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components per drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Use measuring devices and assembly tools to meet specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas.
