Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an Assembly Technician for the 1st shift at our Rushville, IN location to manufacture and qualify compressors for commercial air conditioning systems. You will work closely with manufacturing, product and research engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role offers hands-on experience in HVACR production, safety training, and room to grow within a company focused on sustainable technologies.
