Job summary

Copeland Corporation LLC is seeking an experienced Centrifugal Assembler at our Rushville, IN facility. You will assemble and test compressors for commercial air conditioning systems, using precision tools, reading detailed drawings, and ensuring strict quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and adherence to safety protocols. Overtime may be required; a proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential to support our global leading compression

Qualifications

Must have good manual dexterity and ability to follow precise drawings/specifications.
Experience using inspection gauges (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components per drawings and specs.
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards.
Use measuring devices and assembly tools to meet specifications.
Operate assembly robots and use power tools, torque wrenches, and automated equipment.
Move products using lifts and hoists while maintaining clean work areas.
Follow safety procedures and company processes at all times.
