Job summary

National Tyres and Autocare, now part of Halfords, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead the Blackburn centre team, drive outstanding customer journeys and deliver top performance in a busy automotive service environment. You will coach and develop staff, manage KPIs, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and exploit a generous uncapped bonus while ensuring excellent service and strong sales.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety standards.
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s.
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• A current valid driving licence.

• On-target earnings up to £46,600
• Comprising a base salary of £35,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,600 per year.
• 5 days a week (this centre is closed on Sunday's)
