Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Centre Manager at its Andover autocentre to lead the team, drive performance and ensure an exceptional customer journey. You will be responsible for coaching staff, achieving high customer satisfaction and delivering strong sales through effective KPI management.

The role offers 5 days a week with an uncapped bonus scheme and progression opportunities within the UK’s largest automotive service business.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management in automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence

• On-target earnings up to £52,000
• Comprising a maximum base salary of £41,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,000 per year
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on a Sunday)
