Job summary

Power Systems Electric is seeking an Office Manager for its Centralized Service Department in Rockville, MD. The role is in-person, reporting to senior management and coordinating across multiple states. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will oversee administrative functions, support service managers, manage work orders and invoices, and help implement FSM software and data workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a service-management or operations role.
• Experience with FSM SaaS platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency required.
• Experience supervising administrative personnel and coordinating service teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized administrative support for service managers and departments.
• Manage work orders, POs, invoices, permits, inspections, and data entry.
• Lead process improvements for FSM software, workflows, and data mapping.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive automation and efficiency.
