WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals is seeking an outpatient scheduling and registration specialist to handle scheduling, cancellations, and registrations for ambulatory clinics. You will collect necessary information, communicate with patients, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure timely appointments.
The role requires a high school diploma, background check, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a standard office environment.
Responsible for scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling and registering of outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics, by collecting all necessary information for schedule and registration preparation.
