HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Centralized Staffing Specialist to manage staffing activities and collaborate with HCA facilities. This role involves coordinating daily staffing, communicating with Staffing Coordinators, Nurse Managers, and Nursing Supervisors, and ensuring efficient scheduling while maintaining cost control.

This is a work-from-home position within the HealthTrust enterprise. The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing with facilities by anticipating and scheduling needs.
• Contact facilities regarding progress toward filling outstanding staffing needs.
• Approve OT with supervisor approval and document in Workforce notes.
• Confirm shifts 3 hours prior to start and re-route if cancelled.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing and manage resources.
