Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in off-campus student housing or conventional housing leasing.
• Knowledge of Entrata or similar leasing software is preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the prospective resident journey across phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate handoffs from Landmark’s AI assistant and update knowledge for the AI system.
• Lead management to meet leasing goals and track performance with site teams.
• Support marketing efforts, events, and partnership outreach to housing markets.
• Prepare weekly recaps and maintain accurate leasing data across platforms.
