Landmark Properties is seeking a Centralized – Leasing & Marketing Specialist to join the Centralized Services Team. You will manage lead engagement via phone, email, and SMS, collaborate with onsite teams, and maintain relationships with university contacts and marketing vendors.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Centralization, this role involves performance reviews, policy compliance, and strong customer service across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in off-campus student housing leasing or conventional housing leasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the prospective resident’s journey in various platforms by phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate handoffs from Landmark’s AI assistant and update knowledge bases.
• Support marketing events and campaigns, including emailing and event planning.
