Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Centralized – Leasing & Marketing Specialist to support a portfolio via Landmark’s Centralized Services Team.

You will manage the resident lifecycle across platforms, work with an AI assistant, and drive leasing goals through proactive outreach and event planning. The role emphasizes strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate with onsite teams and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience leasing off-campus student housing or conventional housing.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or tourism management is beneficial.
• Internal candidates must have at least 1 year as Associate Community Manager, Associate Sales & Marketing Manager or Leasing/Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Manage the prospective resident journey across platforms via phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate handoff and updates with Landmark’s AI assistant.
• Review lead traffic and event reports; provide recaps to site teams and regionals.
• Support LEASE training protocols and pre-leasing performance tracking.
• Plan and deploy marketing text and AI campaigns; assist with events and partnerships.
