Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year degree preferred.
• Two years of consumer lending experience.
• Two years of leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience coaching in a phone-based or centralized environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Consumer Lending team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage personal loan production while supporting team leadership.
• Ensure compliance of all loans.
• Assist in hiring and training new team members.
• Promote Fox's values and mission.
