Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Centralized Billing Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers. You will supervise billing, A/R, collections, and related functions, ensuring standardized processes and timely reimbursements.

The role emphasizes translating strategy into daily workflows, monitoring performance, and driving improvements in billing efficiency, accuracy, and cash collection while partnering with center leadership and the Revenue Cycle

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and supervision.
• Ability to translate strategy into daily workflows and monitor KPIs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day centralized billing operations and ensure timely completion of revenue cycle activities.
• Establish standardized workflows and monitor accuracy of claim submissions.
• Oversee A/R and collections to support cash goals; track aging and denials.
• Lead, coach, and develop centralized staff; oversee hiring and training.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports for leadership, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with center leadership and payer partners to optimize reimbursement.
