Job summary

Premier Health's Centralized Billing Office seeks an experienced A/R Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue and cash optimization, and ensure compliant coding and billing practices across the team.

You will partner with the CBO Administrator and Practice Managers to develop workflows, provide training and mentorship, recruit and develop staff, and maintain high levels of service, integrity, and productivity within the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalency; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical billing and/or coding.
• Prior management experience and/or within the PPN CBO.
• Strong understanding of the Physician Revenue Cycle and CPT/ICD guidelines.
• Able to perform CRT/data entry with spreadsheet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the CBO A/R team.
• Develop and maintain workflows to optimize revenue and cash flow.
• Provide training, direction, and guidance to staff for growth.
• Partner with Practice Managers, providers, and staff on improvements.
• Recruit, develop, and manage CBO team members with integrity.
