Job summary

Premier Health Partners seeks an experienced CBO A/R Manager to oversee daily Central Billing Office operations and drive revenue optimization. You will work with the CBO Administrator to design efficient workflows and provide training to staff for ongoing development.

You will partner with Practice Managers, providers, and staff to implement process improvements ensuring high performance and productivity while maintaining discretion and integrity in all actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalency; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical billing and/or coding.
• Prior management experience and/or at least one year within the PPN CBO.
• Strong understanding of the Physician Revenue Cycle.
• A solid knowledge of third-party billing regulations and CPT/ICD coding guidelines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of CRT/data entry and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PPN Central Billing Office.
• Develop, implement, and maintain workflows to optimize revenue and cash.
• Provide direction, instruction, and training for the CBO team.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers, providers, and staff to improve performance.
• Recruit, develop, and manage CBO team members.
