Responsibilities

• Track and schedule outside medical specialist referrals for routine or episodic needs.
• Obtain and manage referrals and prior authorizations.
• Serve as primary liaison with outside medical office staff to coordinate care and appointments.
• Review referrals, follow up, and refer to appropriate staff.
