Candidates should be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook and have strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining inventories, processing orders, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure seamless operations.

Formación

• Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull boxes, supplies and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory of medical and nursing supplies and ensure units remain stocked.
• Place and track weekly supply orders and monitor inventory to prevent shortages.
• Organize and maintain the central supply area for easy access and efficient storage.
• Communicate with nursing staff and departments regarding supply needs and inventory concerns.
• Lift, push, and pull supply boxes and equipment as needed for stocking and inventory.
• Maintain records related to supplies and transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
