Responsibilities

• Purchase and maintain supplies and appropriate inventory levels.
• Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and verify purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate with department leaders to anticipate supply needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential resident medical records.
• Retrieve, file, audit, and securely transfer resident health information.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, signatures, and proper assembly.
• Balance multiple administrative priorities while supporting efficient center operations.
• Contact physician and area hospital for medical records as needed.
• Schedule resident physician appointments along with transportation if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
