Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivatedCentral Supply Coordinatorto assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The Sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include:

• Maintain a budget control over the nursing spend
• Ensure accuracy with classifying GLs on orders
• Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers
• Perform all duties regarding the sourcing of goods for clients
• Compare data provided by multiple vendors to determine best proposal
• Working with contract team as needed for contract related procurement issues
• Managing daily que of sourcing requests from direct email and task management workflow
• Ensuring timely completion of requests
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
