Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Central Sterile Technician to maintain standards for instrument set assembly, decontamination, sterilization, and storage. You will collaborate with Perioperative Nursing staff to supply sterile sets and case carts, supporting efficient workflow and top-tier patient care.
Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED, CST certification preferred, and 3 years of Central Sterile experience, or equivalent CST certification. No other credentials required.

Maintains recommended standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, containerizing and sterilizing surgical instruments in an accurate and timely manner. Performs sterilization, assembly and storage of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborates with the Perioperative Nursing staff to provide sterile instrument sets, equipment and case carts in an accurate and timely manner. Assists in maintaining consistent and continuous work flow, providing superior customer service.
