KAISER in Atlanta, GA seeks a Central Service Processing Technician II to perform decontamination, preparation and packaging, sterilization, and high-level disinfection of reusable surgical instruments and endoscopes. The role includes QA activities and tracking via instrument management systems across KPGA facilities.

Responsibilities cover maintaining inventory, supporting customer service, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, AAMI, and other standards while working across multiple SPD locations

Qualifications

• Two years of experience cleaning and sterilizing instruments and endoscope reprocessing.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, AORN, AAMI, ASGE, SGNA and APIC standards.
• Knowledge of sterilization and endoscope processing principles.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble, clean, decontaminate and inspect instrumentation and endoscopes.
• Assemble and package instrumentation for sterilization.
• Sterilize or high-level disinfect items per policy and safety standards.
• Track instruments using the CSPD system and maintain inventory.
• Maintain PAR stocking and deliver courteous service to internal and external customers.
