Role Description The Central Station Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at Alarmco Inc. in Las Vegas, NV. This role monitors incoming alarm signals from residential and commercial customers, evaluates events, and follows established protocols to dispatch emergency services, contact subscribers, or escalate issues as needed. The operator responds to security, fire, medical, and other alarm conditions, documents all activity accurately in the monitoring system, and ensures clear communication with field technicians, guards, and other internal teams. Daily responsibilities include managing multiple computer systems and phone lines, verifying account information, maintaining high attention to detail during routine and high-pressure situations, and adhering to all regulatory, UL, and company standards. The role may involve working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7/365 monitoring operations.
