Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Central Regional Project Manager to direct preventive maintenance, retrofit, startup and commissioning projects across the region. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder communications, serving as the primary contact for project teams and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical/construction project leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. A hybrid work model is available, with travel up to half the time in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and/or managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects; or 5 years’ experience in services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products.
• Minimum of 3 years technical experience in electrical installation, design, services, or construction
• Must reside within a 50 mile radius of location listed in the job description
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct the execution of preventive maintenance, retrofit, startup and commissioning projects.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to meet scope, cost and quality.
• Coordinate project meetings and formal communication plans with stakeholders.
• Provide financial oversight through cost control, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Travel up to 50% within the United States to support project activities.
