Job summary

CENTEGIX is seeking a driven Sales Executive to own the Central Region (MN, ND, SD, NE, IA, WI, WY). You will build pipeline, engage district leaders, and close deals with a remote-first approach. Expect pro­gressive territory growth, conferences, and a high-velocity sales cycle in education safety.

You’ll travel ~10% and earn uncapped commissions with a base salary range of $90k–$110k, plus robust benefits and education reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience selling to K-12 districts or public sector.
• Proven full-cycle sales skills from prospecting to close.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Central Region territory (MN, ND, SD, NE, IA, WI, WY) and engage K-12 customers.
• Qualify inbound leads and drive opportunities through Salesforce records.
• Prospect proactively via events, networks and channels to build pipeline.
• Develop relationships with superintendents and safety leaders for opportunities.
• Represent CENTEGIX at conferences and state education events to generate leads.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure deal execution and coverage.
