CENTEGIX is seeking a field-driven Sales Executive to own the Pacific Northwest region (WA, OR, Northern CA). You will build pipeline, qualify leads, and drive deals to closure, spending time with district leaders at events and conferences.

This role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and remote-first flexibility. The position entails territory ownership, travel up to 10% to engage customers, and collaboration with regional sales and technical teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in SaaS, technology, or education sales.
• Experience selling to K12 districts, public sector, or similar multi-stakeholder buyers is strongly preferred; navigate longer sales cycles with committee-based decisions.
• Proven full-cycle sales skills from prospecting to close; ability to present and negotiate with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Northwest territory (WA, OR, N. CA) identifying and engaging prospective customers across K12 schools and districts.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into active pipeline opportunities; manage the sales process from lead generation through close; maintain Salesforce records.
• Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events; represent CENTEGIX at conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and technical support to meet customer needs and ensure successful deal execution.
• Share market insights and trends with the broader sales team to optimize strategies.
