Swisher International, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Laboratory Quality Control Manager to lead the centralized QC laboratory for finished-product release testing, ensuring accurate, traceable data in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will oversee startup, transfer of methods from third parties, equipment readiness, staffing, and compliance with GMP/ISO requirements, while collaborating with Quality Assurance, R&D, Engineering, and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field and 8–10 years in QC labs.
• Experience leading laboratory personnel and day-to-day operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP, data integrity, and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily QC operations ensuring timely product release testing.
• Oversee transfer, qualification, and verification of analytical methods.
• Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
