Job summary

Made Scientific, based in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Quality Control Operations Supervisor to lead daily QC activities in analytical and microbiological labs within a cGMP environment. This onsite role reports to the Director, Quality Compliance and includes hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will oversee QC specialists, ensure timely testing for in-process, release, and stability samples, and coordinate with Manufacturing and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Proven leadership experience in a GMP/QC lab environment.
• Experience with analytical/microbiological assays and LIMS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily QC operations in analytical and microbiological labs in a cGMP setting.
• Supervise QC Specialists, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and QA to ensure on-time testing and compliance.
• Support client audits, document reviews, and regulatory inspections.
