Job summary

Sanofi Swiftwater, PA is seeking a QC Lab Team Supervisor to lead the quality control laboratory, ensuring GMP compliance, timely testing, and audit readiness. This role drives continuous improvement while maintaining strict GMP standards in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will oversee operations, staff development, instrument maintenance, and CAPA processes, applying advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, LCMS, FTIR, SEM/EDS) to ensure product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years in a cGMP environment.
• Progressive QC experience within a pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing setting.
• Experience authoring and reviewing technical reports, CAPAs, and quality documents.
• Hands-on expertise with validated methods and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA/ICH).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC lab operations to meet scheduled plans.
• Review testing results for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead training and development for QC staff and interns.
• Support audits and assist with CAPA closure and deviation investigations.
